FREE TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) PRESENTATION
You are invited to attend a FREE TAT presentation on Thur. Feb.2, 2012 at the YMCA of Montclair, NJ. In this persentation you will receive an overview of how and why TAT works, how easy it is to do AND participate in an actual demonstration so you can experience first hand how it works.
This presentation is for anyone who wants to learn about and get a feel for the TAT process and for anyone interested in taking the TAT Bascis Workshops for their personal development or to become Certified TAT Professionals.
Kaiser Permanente's Center for Health Research has received a $2.1 million grant from the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine to study the effectiveness of TAT.
"The Tapas Acupressure Technique did show superiority in helping people maintain weight loss in a pilot study involving 90 participants," says Charles Elder, MD, principal investigator and an internal medicine physician at Kaiser Permanente Northwest. Click here to read the complete article.
