TAT Basics I Training in Albuquerque/Rio Rancho

This comprehensive weekend training will teach TAT for individuals and professionals and the different protocols for various conditions. You will view demonstrations and get direct experience using TAT. Upon completion, you will possess the knowledge of a personal tool for confronting life’s challenges.
 
This class fulfills the prerequisite for TAT Basics II: Working With Others, which will be taught in February 2012.

and for Acupuncturists from the California Acupuncture Board.

Elise Klee is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and a Certified TAT Professional and Trainer. She has taught workshops throughout the country in Reiki, Polarity, and Meditation and has lectured for nursing students and for Medical Anthropology classes at New Mexico State University.

Weight Loss

Kaiser Permanente's Center for Health Research has received a $2.1 million grant from the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine to study the effectiveness of TAT.

 

"The Tapas Acupressure Technique did show superiority in helping people maintain weight loss in a pilot study involving 90 participants," says Charles Elder, MD, principal investigator and an internal medicine physician at Kaiser Permanente Northwest. Click here to read the complete article.
