Powerful New Step - Ohio - Hope

Saturday, June 27th, 2009

Dear Friends,

It’s summer here at the beach and life is full of relaxed charm — I hope everything is good with you in your life.

After experimenting with a new step for many months, it’s now an “official” TAT step. Many people tried it out and reported that it covers a lot of ground and feels very powerful and significant in their healing. It’s been added as the first part of the forgiveness and apology steps. Here it is:

All the communications and connections related to this are completing now.

It’s been added right before all the forgiveness and apology steps because often people feel like they can’t forgive because they have things they have to say to someone first. Things like: “You don’t know how awful what you did was for me” or “I don’t want to ever forgive you because ______________.” Once those things are communicated, forgiveness is easier. When doing this step, we don’t need to know what all those communications are, we just make the intention that they’re completing now.

When a person is stuck in stress from traumas or difficult life conditions, there are usually incomplete communications between them and many parts of their lives. Here’s a typical list of where communications break down, followed by thoughts that embody this break-down:

  • a part of them that is isolated and frozen in limiting beliefs (“I’m all alone in this and no one cares about me”)
  • people who were there (“you hurt me”)
  • people they wished were there but weren’t (“you didn’t protect me”)
  • parts of their body that hold stress (“my tummy aches”)
  • parts of them that experienced similar events at other times (“I’m three and this happened to me then, too”)
  • ancestors who passed down related beliefs (“you can’t trust the opposite sex”)
  • God (“You let this happen and I never want to talk to You again”)

The intent of this step is that all those communications are completing now.

A hallmark of trauma is isolation. All the people listed just above, the parts of the person’s body, the parts frozen in limiting beliefs, the ancestors, etc. are all likely to be in a condition of separation from the rest. The other intention of this step is that all these connections are completing now. By its very nature, TAT melts disconnection, lack of communication and isolation, and a person naturally feels more love, happiness and connection.

Our free how-to download now includes this step.

Here’s what Kathy Reed said about it:

I have found the communications and connections step very useful. I sometimes feel like it kind of sweeps out energy that doesn’t belong anymore and somehow reclaims my own core energy — I feel a bit lighter and freer when I hold the Pose on this step. Sometimes I see dolphins spiraling around moving some energy out and other energy in.

We had a great time in Boston doing TAT together for four days. People commented on how amazing it was that such big, heavy issues that we all put in a giant “pot” together dissolved in one session. You could really feel the density in the room as more and more “stuff” was added to the pot…followed by the lightness, clarity and increased presence of our group.

The next workshops are scheduled for Ohio and we hope you’ll join us! Originally, the Ohio TAT workshops were part of a symposium. The symposium itself has been cancelled. However, if there is enough response, we would love to still have the TAT Basics and Practicing Presence workshops. Because of the late notice, everyone who signs up will get the early bird rate of $325.00 per workshop. You can also save $50.00 if you attend both workshops. To sign up, please contact Julie by next Tuesday, June 30th. If there’s enough interest, we’ll go ahead with the workshops.

We have some great workshops planned for this year’s Symposium in California. I’ll have descriptions of the workshops for you in an upcoming newsletter. If you’d like to take advantage of the monthly payments and earlybird discount, you can go ahead and register in the store.

Here’s a beautiful story from Esther Lehmann Schaub about doing TAT for cancer.

Dear Tapas,

I am living in Switzerland, am 54 years old, have a 19−year−old daughter and I know since 3 weeks that I have got cancer. A friend gave me your Healing the Emotional Aspects of Cancer DVD and the booklet. I can’t describe to you how grateful I am about having this. All your presence in the DVD – all your spirit and power and light comes into me and helps me each day to hope and heal. I do TAT every evening and in every difficult situation. Your presence in my life has changed me completely in a short time to a person who started to live real and here and now, enjoying all the wonderful things in life gratefully. I believe in my healing.

Thank you, with Love,
Esthy

Thank you, Esthy.

As you may know, I used TAT for myself, along with a variety of other healing approaches including three chemo treatments, to help clear an advanced stage of breast cancer. I am now cancer−free. In the Healing the Emotional Aspects of Cancer video and booklet, I talk very personally and in great detail about how to use TAT. Emotional and mental viewpoints that have been stuck in old traumas and negativity easily release with TAT. When that happens, the body’s natural healing energy is freed up for dealing with physical illness and creating better health. Please consider getting these materials if you or someone you know is dealing with cancer or some other physical condition.

My best wishes for your radiant good health and happiness.

Love,
Tapas

Using TAT for Cancer and Other Physical Conditions

Tuesday, September 30th, 2008

Dear Friends,

When three ‘isolated’ events happen in a short period of time all pointing toward the same thing, I pay attention. Last week, one of my best friends called me to chat. After talking about how our kids are doing, she told me that she just found out she has breast cancer. That same day, another old friend who hadn’t been in touch for a year sent me a link to an article by Bruce Lipton on the cellular reality that’s created by our beliefs. Within a day, an article by Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer was in my hands – he was describing how cancer is generated by a specific traumatic event. These all wove together to bring my attention to the very real power of TAT for helping heal the beliefs and traumas that often underlie physical illness.

Over five years ago, I had an advanced stage of breast cancer that included a couple of lumps in my armpit. TAT was central in helping heal it – my doctor said my case should be written up in medical books because she’d never seen anything like it. The first time I did TAT about the cancer, inflammation and pain that had been present for six to eight months left for good.

We have a very personal DVD on how to use TAT to help heal the Emotional Aspects of Cancer. I did TAT for myself over 100 different ways during the year the cancer was dissolving. I then distilled the approaches and presented the best ways to use TAT for cancer on the DVD. Several people have used the DVD in their healing journey and told me that their doctors have been very impressed with how well they did in their recovery. Emotional and mental viewpoints that have been stuck in old traumas and negativity easily release with TAT and when that happens, the body’s natural healing energy is freed up for dealing with physical illness. Better health happens naturally.

Dr. Hamer, an oncologist, got cancer shortly after his son was killed. He realized that the incident was the precipitating event for the onset of his cancer and went on to test over 40,000 cancer patients. In his research, he found that each type of cancer has a corresponding particular type of event that initiated the cancer. There’s also a corresponding marking in the brain (visible in CT scans) that shows where the cancer is in the body and indicates the type of initiating trauma the person experienced. In the DVD, you’ll see how to use TAT for the traumatic event central to the emotional disturbance at the core of the cancer.

My friend who just received the breast cancer diagnosis came over and we did a little TAT together. One of the approaches we took was to put our attention on a statement and the opposite condition while holding the TAT pose. After we did “This condition (the cancer) is isolated, my immune system can’t recognize it and my body doesn’t have what it needs to heal this” and then “This condition is totally related to my whole body, my immune system recognizes it, my body has everything it needs to heal this right now and it’s happening now”, she had a rush of tingly feeling all over her body, her color was better and she told me it felt very powerful.

Cancer not your problem? If you have any physical condition and would like to learn how to do TAT for promoting healing, our TAT for Physical Illness Workshop in Atlanta is for you. If you’ve wondered how to put TAT to use if you have no idea what the underlying issues might be, you’ll find out where to start. If the illness feels overwhelming, you’ll experience how to do TAT to clear that up. If the moment you received the diagnosis lingers, you’ll soon be able to live free and clear of that moment.

Dr. Bruce Lipton teaches how our beliefs become our biology. In the workshop, you’ll find out how easy it is to change your beliefs with TAT.

One of the great benefits of attending is that we’ll be working together in groups for ourselves and on each other’s behalf. This adds to the power of TAT, and the sense of community that spontaneously occurs is delightful. We’ll be doing group work throughout the Symposium — the Men’s, Women’s and Relationship Workshop is so potent to do in a group. We do our healing work on behalf of everyone attending, our whole families and all our ancestors. Generations of limiting beliefs lift away and the resulting refreshed energy felt in the room is often both electrifying and heart-warming. Click here for details and to register. All the Symposium workshops will include group work.

At the TAT for Physical Illness workshop in Atlanta November 15-16, you’ll have the opportunity to add your own condition to the powerful group TATs and, just like when you work with a Professional, you’ll only share as much (or as little) information about it as you choose. You’ll also have the option of pairing up with someone from the workshop to be TAT buddies and continue the supportive group work after the workshop. Just click here to register now. The first 20 people to register will get to participate in a one-hour group teleconference with me on “Making My Most Cherished Dream a Reality” on November 19th at 1 pm PST.

Warm wishes and love,
Tapas

A Story of Transformation

Monday, February 4th, 2008

Dear Friends,

We have so much to look forward to: the workshops in Kauai, then in Portland, Ireland, and Boston. I’m excited about meeting so many of you in person this year.

I’ll also be leading sessions at the ACEP conference in May in Albuquerque, NM. The best prices for registration are available through February 8, so if you’d like to attend, register soon. Click here for the ACEP website to get more information and to register.

Here is a story sent to us by Jo Hainsworth. Enjoy.

I am moderating the newly founded EPFree2BMe email group, which was originally set up to inspire and aid people to work with TAT to restore their original hair colour and has since become a group to inspire and share ideas with all those doing their own healing. I received this email from one of the members who asked me to share it with others, in the hopes that it would inspire them to learn and do TAT. It is a real testament to her willingness to heal, the power of TAT for self-healing, and the power of a group of people working with a shared intention to heal. She was brand new to TAT a month ago, which just shows how far you can travel with your healing with this wonderful method.

The EPFree2BMe group has been a huge catalyst for our doing TAT. Yes, I say ‘our’ because my husband is now doing TAT everyday and working with a TAT practitioner too. Using the Hair goal as a starting point, watching and listening to all of the TAT DVDs and CD, Professional’s Manual, reading all the forums and newsletters has been an enormous springboard from which has unfolded my way into an amazing state of empowerment, calmness, clarity, self truth and love. I have an inner stillness growing, a centeredness that is becoming more solid and a sense of groundedness I have never known before. Although I have done TFT and EFT, it is the TAT for hair color idea that really got things rolling and your encouragement that added fuel to my sense of motivation. Using all the materials mentioned above, I have a greater flexibility in phrasing while I use TAT. This has opened many doors to healing.

One of the beauties of TAT is that I no longer need to be afraid of my emotions, thoughts or physical reactions. Every single one can be touched by the pose and brought into balance. This is a profound and divine gift.

I have not added to the forum because I have been so focused on my own unfoldment into wellbeing and nurturing that I actually don’t have time to stop and write anything down anymore. I just keep TATing at the drop of hat and am clearing a lifetime of the three R’s (resentment, revenge, retaliation -known as passive-aggressive), traumas of present and past, physical and emotional issues, and on and on. My entire point of view about myself, and my relationship to life, marriage, work, is changing so fast, I am just hanging on for the ride. Breakthroughs in understanding are happening so fast, I gave up making a note of them in my journal because they keep evolving each day.

I now have an inner joy that is growing, a wonder about what delightful thing is around the corner, truthful answers are easily spoken, limits and boundaries are stated calmly, exercise feels like a natural process, dietary changes unfolding effortlessly, negativities are TATed on the spot.

One of my favorite TAT phrases is the “It is true that, It is not true that” for any resistances to healing that come up. Now that I know about Gary Craig’s ‘writing on my walls’, I am fearlessly looking to see the writings that have adversely affected my sense of well-being.

Thank you again for getting this group started. I will let you know if there is any change in area of hair color/thickness. It seems minor compared to the other benefits but would be a hoot if that shifted too.

As part of the certification program, candidates review with a TAT Trainer the sessions they’ve done in order to address any questions. I was recently consulting with someone who told me that she had worked with a woman whose cancer had metastasized to three sites in her brain. After six TAT sessions, the woman had a PET scan that showed that all three sites were completely cleared. As you may know, I used TAT for myself, along with a variety of other things including three chemo treatments, to help clear an advanced stage of breast cancer. I am now cancer-free. In the Healing the Emotional Aspects of Cancer video and booklet, I talk about how to use TAT in great detail, along with the other things I did. Please consider getting these materials if your or anyone you know is dealing with cancer or some other physical condition.

My best wishes for you health and happiness.
Love,
Tapas
