A: All orders are shipped within 48 business hours.

 

Q: How do I use my coupon?

A: Simply copy and paste the coupon code into the appropriate box at checkout, and the coupon amount will automatically be deducted from your order's total.

Q: My credit card was declined. What's wrong?

To help protect your account, PayPal uses a complex screening process for credit card payments. This helps prevent lost or stolen cards from being used for unauthorized transactions. On rare occasions, the screening process affects valid cards.

A credit card might also be denied if:

  • The card issuer is having technical problems that prevent authorization of a transaction.
  • The card issuer sees a charge that doesn’t fit your normal spending patterns and blocks the transaction to protect you.
  • You’ve inadvertently exceeded the limit on your card.

If you know that your credit card is valid but your payment doesn’t go through, you might want to:

  • Contact your credit card issuer directly. Ask why your card was declined, and whether you can still use it. If you can still use your card, please try your transaction again.
  • Pay securely online using your bank account. You can link your bank account to your PayPal account in just a few minutes. The merchant never sees your financial or other personal information.
  • Link a different credit card to your PayPal account.

 

Q: I can't download the file I just bought.

A: To download files, follow the instructions here:

With MP4s (video files), sometimes using a browser such as the one available at www.opera.com makes a big difference. Opera allows you to continue an interrupted download. These are very large files and on some systems it is difficult to download them in one try.  If you're on a Mac, you should use Safari.

Another common problem is when the program "QuickTime" overrides the file. If you use this program, try uninstalling it. This helps get the file download window right away.

 

Q: Will these DVDs work in other countries?

A: The DVDs are region 0 and should work virtually anywhere, though we cannot guarantee this. Click here to see our return policy.

It may be helpful to know that we have not had any returned for being unsuitable thus far.

 

Q: Why am I not getting my free download booklet?

A: When a request is made for a copy of the free booklet, it is automatically sent to your email. If you did not receive it, please be sure to check your spam folder. If you still need assistance, please email Customer Service.

 

Q: How do I change my password for the store?

A: For your security, we do not have access to passwords. If you are unsure of your password or the password is not working, please

  • Go to store.tatlife.com/orders.
  • Go to the second box, Forgotten Password, and enter your email address.
  • Click on Send me my password!

An email with your password will be sent to you immediately.  If you don't find the email, be sure to check your spam or junkmail folder.

 

Q: How secure is the TATLife online store?

A: All payments to TATLife are processed by PayPal, which utilizes industry-leading encryption technology. TATLife does not ever see or store your payment information.
