Since starting to do TAT with clients, I have noticed that people heal so much faster and with so much ease. Stuck places that used to take months to wade through now often take minutes, and it doesn't feel like slogging through! TAT enables one to experience "what is," to forgive, and to free oneself from the old pain. Then the process of psychotherapy can move forward. I love seeing my clients be more able to live life fully and freely.

Kaiser Permanente's Center for Health Research has received a $2.1 million grant from the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine to study the effectiveness of TAT.
