About me

Harold McRae is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of GA. He is nationally certified as a Master Addiction Counselor. Harold has been in Private Practice in Columbus, GA for 34 years. For 21 years he successfully ran a Retreat Center utilizing a variety of body and energy techniques. He is a certified TAT Professional , a TAT Trainer and a practitioner of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)and BSFF. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology where he is a Dipolmate. Harold specializes in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other emotional problems as well as trauma.

Weight Loss

Kaiser Permanente's Center for Health Research has received a $2.1 million grant from the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine to study the effectiveness of TAT.
