About me

I’ve used TAT extensively since 2004 to help others and myself release the stress that comes from staying connected to past events, holding onto negative beliefs, and repeating destructive patterns in relationships. I work with a wide variety of clients to create the life and relationships they want and increase their happiness. I have found that listening with compassion, empathy, and presence assists people to find their own path to peace and happiness.

I was one of five Trainers who led a workshop for combat veterans and active military personnel in Columbus, GA, and have special training to work with traumatic stress. In addition to being a certified TAT Professional and Trainer, I’m the Education Director for TATLife®.

Weight Loss

Kaiser Permanente's Center for Health Research has received a $2.1 million grant from the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine to study the effectiveness of TAT.

"The Tapas Acupressure Technique did show superiority in helping people maintain weight loss in a pilot study involving 90 participants," says Charles Elder, MD, principal investigator and an internal medicine physician at Kaiser Permanente Northwest. Click here to read the complete article.
