I began using TAT after training with Tapas in 2000 and I am a trainer as well as a practitioner. I am also a registerd nurse, Bowen therapist and EFT practitioner. I love using TAT for it's gentle simplicity and the peace it brings.

Kaiser Permanente's Center for Health Research has received a $2.1 million grant from the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine to study the effectiveness of TAT.
